Steven Jacks paper bird was purchased for the Gallery by local business man, Haydon Dennis.
paper bird was a finalist in the 2009 Eutick Memorial Still Life Award. Its extraordinary photorealism made it a strong favourite of staff and visitors. This purchase by Mr Dennis laid the ground work for the Gallery to purchase our pond and blood money jail bird at successive EMSLA exhibitions. Both our pond and blood money were financed through donations at the door.
