Metal plaque affixed to wooden block. The plaque reads: 'Seeing our Coast Coffs Carnivale 95 is pleased to present this Community Award as Patron of Regional Arts to Regional & Integrated Planning and Enterprise Network for their generous support of this city's 1995 Festival of Community, Environment, Art & Design. Matthew J. McIver, Festival Director'. It includes logos from Coffs Harbour City Council, the Australia Council for the Arts and the Arts Council Coffs Harbour Inc. The background depicts a stylised Jetty Beach and Muttonbird Island in yellow, green and blue. On the back of the award is a sticker advertising Eclipse Promotional Products
