Black sateen jacket with satin? twill panels. Leg of mutton sleeves, shoulder flaps (decon?) onto long sleeves. Beaded decorstion collar edge point of flaps and centre back flaps. Black lace on sleeve ends. Front overlap bib, whale bone in bodice, jet beads decoration. Corded silk.
