Description

Commemorative trophy, shaped like a traffic light with a wooden base. There are two plaques on the base. One reads: 'Presented to J. H. Brown Esq. MLA on the occasion of switching on the traffic signals at High and Grafton Streets, Coffs Harbour 20th November 1970'. The second reads: 'Department of Motor Transport NSW, D. R. Coleman, Commissioner'.
