Order of the Eastern Star men's collar in tan cloth envelope. The collar is worn around the neck and hangs down the chest in a V-shape. It is striped blue, green, yellow, white and red. On the left breast is stitched 'I.P.W.P' in yellow thread. I. P. W. P. stands for the 'Immediate Past Worthy Patron'. The envelope is made of seersucker and the closure is made of velcro.
