Order of the Eastern Star Worthy Patron collar in maroon cloth envelope. The collar is V-shaped and is striped with the five colours of the Order; red, green, white, yellow and blue. Stitched in yellow on the left breast are the initials 'W. P.' The envelope has a closure consisting of two metal press studs, and the initials 'W P' are stitched in white on the front. There is a black bow loose in the envelope.
