Medal from Royal Antediluvian Order of Buffaloes, Coramba, No. 434 commemorating the 1954 Royal Visit. The medal has a stick pin closure. It is attached to a ribbon striped in white, blue, red, yellow and green. The medal itself is gold-coloured with a blue enamel background, and is decorated at the top with the letters 'R.A.O.B. - G.A.B. Royal Visit'. The centre depicts heads of royalty and at the bottom is the phrase 'Australia Celebrates 1954'. Engraved on the back is 'Bro Davis Lodge Coramba No. 434 1954'.
