Framed map of Coffs Harbour township and the Jetty area. The Jetty is present, as is the beginning of a breakwall between the mainland and Muttonbird Island. Reclamation work is also noted between the mainland and South Coff Island. This item appears to have been frequently referred to - items such as Town Lands Leases have been crossed off and amended, and notes have been added throughout the map. The title of the map looks to have been coloured in by a child.
