A collection of four memos from R. H. Bartlett, Shire Engineer at Dorrigo Shire Council to J. Pike, Ganger dated between 19th January and 22nd October 1934. The first memo is three pages in length and details ten works to be carried out by unemployed relief workers. These memos are numbered 2181 - 2183. The second memo (no. 59) is dated 2nd August 1934 and details proposed culvert constructions over Taylors Creek. The third memo (no. 99) is dated 27th September 1934 and discusses a bridge to be built over Bucca Creek near Taylors. The fourth and final memo (no. 506) is dated 22nd October 1934 and details the delivery of handrail timber to Council's depot by Messrs Jackson & Small.
