Silent black-and-white film depicting scenes and attractions around Coffs Harbour. This film may have been shown at the Plantation Hotel to visitors who used Coffs Harbour as an overnight stopping point between Sydney and Brisbane, and didn't have the time to see the sites. It shows a competition to drive Land Rovers backwards up a headland (a useful skill on a banana plantation); water skiing and mock sea battles at Coffs Harbour Jetty; a street parade featuring floats from Forsyth's Pharmacy, Hacking Motors, a brass band, Marshall Batteries, Korora bananas, Coffs Harbour Skindivers, and Rotary; a stage performance; children swimming and canoeing; a caravan park; the unveiling of the Vincent Tree and the Bruxner Park Flora Reserve; a golf tournament; High Street and the Coffs Hotel; the Jetty township; Park Beach Reserve; the Pacific Highway and Park Beach Caravan Park; Pioneer tour buses and the Plantation Hotel, the Rex Motel and the Coffs Motel. 16mm film on metal reel.
