Wooden merit board, 1909 to 1918. The board records a list of names in two columns, painted in gold on a black background. Two of the names on the right have stars next to them. The names are: A. E. Wunderlich, H. W. Kirkland, C. R. Collopy, R. Rees, H. J. Hobson, R. Anderson, G. McFadyen, C. H. Poole, Phin. Benjamin, G. C. Gollan, A. Kethel, S. McDougall, J. H. Noble, A. Wheldon, R. Price and W. Clancy. There is a metal hook at the top of the board for hanging, and there are two indents in the wood on the left of board for hinges; possibly the board had a lid at some stage. Origin of the board is unknown.
