Wooden ballot box from the Order of the Eastern Star, Coronation Chapter No. 126, Sawtell. The box contains a wooden tray with two sides, containing a total of 101 black and 99 white voting marbles. It has been joined using box joints, and the lid is hinged on brass plates. The box is lockable, though the key does not appear to have been included.
