Order of the Eastern Star Organist sash and collar in maroon cloth envelope. The collar is V-shaped and is striped with the five colours of the Order; red, green, white, yellow and blue. The sash is also striped with the five colours of the Order. Each end of the sash is edged with a gold fringe which sit at the hip of the wearer. The envelope has a closure consisting of two metal press studs, and the word 'Organist' is stitched in white on the front. The bottom left hand corner of the envelope has been patched with a heavily embroidered red and purple fabric. There is a black bow loose in the envelope.
