Two envelopes from the Irrigation Commission. The first is dated 15 September 1949 and the second is dated 5 July 1951. Printed on the top of both is: "On His Majesty's Service". The first envelope has a 2 1/2 pence red postage stamp and the second envelope has 3 pence postmark with an embossed portrait of the King in profile.
