Description
A tightly woven, undyed, fibre basket. 2 strips of dark brown fibres are interwoven around the base and opening of the basket. The basket was used for holding items including liquids and churning butter.
Bought at Asmara Market, Eritrea, between 1996 and 1998. Donor worked at the same facilities for disabled fighters as Goitom Hidremichael (1992 to 2012), namely Denden Camp and Mai Habar Vocational College for the Disabled.
