Description
A tightly woven, undyed, fibre basket. 3 dark brown stripes of a wider fibre woven in. The basket was used for carrying grains, winnowing, and holding baked bread like injera. This basket is used widely amongst Tigrinya speakers and can hold food served during coffee making and drinking occasions.
