Paper wood, glass, metal loop at top of frame. Frame is 3cm wide. Raised pattern. Brown colour. Mount block enclosing certificate 39cm x 29cm.  Document number 3835. Top has a crest. Middle has insignia and proclamation and foreword has 3 columns and that the base.

The certificate has John Korff's signature.

Back has neat green hanging cord. 

Signed at mid-bottom "William H White in London" and "Royal Highness The Duke of Sussex".
