White cloth banner protesting the Cultural & Civic Space project in Coffs Harbour. Consists of pencil and pen drawings in two parts:
-1. depicts Mayor Denise Knight in boat heading towards a mountain of debt
-2. depicts boat sinking with four "Moral" survivors - Councillors Paul Amos, Keith Rhoades, John Arkan and Tegan Swan.
