Small thick waxed cardboard box with lid. Corners on box and lid have metal reinforcements on each corner. The only printed text is on the lid and states, "FROM Royston Balzer DENTIST COFF'S HARBOUR". Due to its size the box may have possibly held dentures. Royston Balzer had a dental practice in Coffs Harbour from 1916 until his death in 1936.
