Silver medal from the 1998 NSW Masters Games held in Coffs Harbour. Made from metal with an embossed profile image of a male and female running, with the words "NSW Masters Games Coffs Harbour". Two ribbons in a V-shape, sewn to the top of the medal. The ribbons are 2 tone: light blue and dark blue.

Countrylink sponsored the games. As part of the sponsorship Countrylink was provided with a copy of each medal.
