A scrapbook covered with cream and gold wrapping paper with "Bonville Bicentenary Celebration 1880-1980" written on the front cover with black marker pen. Inside the scrapbook is a collection of correspondence sent out by the Bonville Centenary Committee seeking financial, promotional and and other types of support for the celebration, and also responses received from donors, supporters and residents of the Bonville area. Bank statements showing the progressive funding for the celebration, as well as accounts and expenses, are also included. There are also a few items of paraphernalia ie. the logo of the celebration, commemorative envelopes printed with the logo, and the Souvenier Programme.
