White satin bridal dress with machine embroidered chiffon hail-spot overdress with embroidered border on skirt and sleeves; bodice joined to skirt at waist, has satin and chiffon waist sash covered in nylon hail-spot with chiffon bow and long tails on bow; short sleeves in chiffon with 12" deep embroidered chiffon gathered tulle; centre back zipper; back bodice darts and front under bust darts plus side bust darts. Sash has metal press studs and hook & eye closure.
Dress made by bride's aunt, dressmaker Mrs V. Tucker of Sydney. It was worn by Christine Filewood of Coffs Harbour at her wedding to Geoffrey George Randall of Bathurst on 28 February 1970 at St John's Parish Church, Coffs Harbour, by Reverend Canon William Leslie Sanders.
