A model of a "whale tail" sculpture installation. The model has a circular wooden base painted in 2 tones of blue (the darker blue signifying water). There is a S-curved steel back drop behind the whale tail. The front of the backdrop has been left silver with a small oval shape in the centre painted blue. The reverse side of the backdrop has bands of colour painted on it representing the sky, land at the horizon line, the ocean, and shoreline. The backdrop has been attached to the wooden base with 2 screws.
