Description
A Vumax manual slide projector made of heavy duty metal covered with a brown textured surface. On both sides of the projector the word "VUMAX" (made out of metal) has been attached. The slide holder tilts from side-to-side. There are 2 height adjustable feet under the front end of the projector. The lens is an Enna Werk Munchen lens 1:2.5f=10cm. The projector has a wooden storage/carry case which has been heavily varnished on the outside and has a metal locking clasp on each end. There is a leather handle attached to the top of the case with metal brackets.
Harmour & Heath was an Australian manufacturing company based in North Sydney specialising in post-war audiovisual and cinema equipment. The Vumax series was made for 35mm glass or cardboard mounted slides.
