Description
This tin pan is used to roast coffee beans over a flame charcoal burner. The Beans are initially green, changing to a uniform light brown once roasted. The beans are shaken every few minutes to ensure an even roast. Any beans that turn white are removed as they adversely affect the taste of the coffee. The pan is not cleaned between roasts, leaving the inside of the pan stained from coffee bean oil.
