A hand-drawn architectural plan by Vince E. Donovan done in pencil and watercolour of the proposed new club building for the Sawtell Bowling and Recreation Club. Vince's personal way of initialling his work can be seen in the bottom right corner of the plan. A very detailed plan, showing measurements and designations of the various spaces within the club building. It also shows where the building sits in relation to the lower and upper bowling greens.
