A hand-drawn architectural plan by Vince E. Donovan done in pencil and watercolour of the block plan for the Sawtell Bowling and Recreation Club. Vince's personal way of initialling his work can be seen in the bottom right corner of the plan. The plan shows the location of the proposed new club building, the upper and lower bowling greens, the designation of some of the outdoor areas, vehicular access, and the creek.
