This one runs between the top country to the north, through the smaller hills right down to the south where the big mountain country starts. This is the main grazing country for Lissadell which is a very big and important cattle station. All Kitja (Gidja) country around here. I have painted the Gap in Dry time, yellow limestone country with the grass just about gone waiting for the Wet, and the hills and mountains standing out against it. The colours of this place are truly great at this time of the year.Accession Number033.2019Access AdviceFor research purposes only. No reproduction without permission of Yarrila Arts and Museum.
